Pumpkin Spice Shake
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla protein
1/4 cup oats (old fashioned oats)
1/2 cup pumpkin (from can-get the lowest sugar possible)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg or pumpkin spice
Apple Cinnamon Shake
1 cup Almond Milk or Flax Milk (good taste and creamy)
1 Scoop Vanilla protein
1/4 cup oats
1/2 of apple, peeled
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate Coconut Almond Shake
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate protein
1/4 cup oats
1 -2 TBL Almond Butter
1/2 Banana if desired
Rosemary Mint Herbal Shake
1 cup Flax Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
1/4 cup oats
1-2 tsp. Rosemary leaves, cut up
add a few mint leaves, cut up
1 tsp. vanilla
*Be sure to use the Lowest Sugars/Unsweetened Milks/lowest calories per cup
