Overnight Oats As I am sure most of you reading this can relate I am always finding myself leaving my house in a rush in the mornings. Which usually isn't conducive to a well planned breakfast. I found myself drinking a protein shake almost every day. Although a shake is always a great choice having the same thing everyday does tend to get old. Recently I have been making overnight oatmeal to which allows me to grab and go saving me time in the morning and with the endless possibility of combinations keeps my breakfast choices fresh. I make this in the evening and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.
