I have several clients who are burdened by consistent traveling for work . While this is a good opportunity to make the excuse of not having the time or the access to get your workout in , it really comes back to the basic principles of moving and stimulating your muscles for at least 15 minutes . Most hotels have small gyms where you can get in a quality 30-60 minute workout session ! If not , you can easily incorporate bodyweight stuff basic movements using the floor , chairs or perhaps a bench , etc . My clients are able to get their workouts in while traveling and I ’ m willing to bet you can too !

I challenge you to look at your daily schedule and find those missing minutes in your day . Be honest with yourself , don ’ t battle yourself and lie to yourself about your time spent . Love yourself , set time aside , be a little selfish , get up a little earlier every single day and you get it done ! It doesn ’ t take long to become part of your habitual daily routine . Give yourself the attention you deserve and make the time to work out !
