Open Faced "BLT" Sandwich

1 Slice of Toasted (Ezekiel) Sprouted Grains Bread (or Whole Grain, or Flax Seed Bread)
3-4 Slices Crispy Cooked Turkey Bacon
Bed of Greens (Spinach, Romaine, Red Leaf lettuce)
1 large Slice Fresh Tomato, or small slices of Roma tomatoes
Toast bread, layer with your choice of lettuce greens, then add cooked turkey bacon on top of greens, top with
slice/s of tomato. Add pepper, chopped basil, or 1/4 cup avocado if you choose! Delish!
Grilled Brussel Sprouts
Nancy's Favorite!
2 Lbs Fresh Brussel Sprouts
2 Cloves Garlic
2 tsp Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Cut off ends of Brussel Sprouts, and slice in halves
Place Brussel Sprouts on Large piece of foil
Chop 2 cloves of Garlic and sprinkle over Brussel Sprouts
Drizzle Olive Oil over Sprouts, add small amount of Sea Salt and Pepper
Take another foil sheet, put on top of sprouts, and Seal edges all around.
Place on grill and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes--after 10 minutes, shake foil to "stir" the sprouts in
the foil. Some of the brussel sprouts will be blackened....Yum. so good!
Calming Creamy Turmeric Tea

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Honey
Heat almond milk in microwave, stir in spices and drizzle honey on top. Enjoy a relaxing drink, and watch the
sun set!
