Broccoli with Red Pepper Flakes and Toasted Garlic Ingredients: 2 teaspoons olive oil 6 cups broccoli florets 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1/4 cup water Preparation: Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, kosher salt, crushed red pepper, and sliced garlic. Heat for 2 minutes. Add 1/
