Milk Shake & a Cookie!
With a little planning and preparation, you can quickly stay on track with your meals each day!
When it comes to snack time, one of my personal favorites a chocolate peanut butter oatmeal
“cookie”and a protein shake! This is perfect for if you have a busy travel schedule.
In a mini container is a scoop of my favorite Magnum Quattro protein powder to quickly mix with
water at anytime for a shake. Then, in a second container, have about a 1/2 cup of dry oats mixed
with 2 tablespoons of PB2 and just a touch of Brown Sugar Splenda. When it is time to enjoy, just
drizzle water over the mix just enough to dissolve the PB2 and Splenda without drowning the oats!
You didn’t think that I was actually going to tell you about a miracle milkshake and cookie, did
you? But this version is just as satisfying and a lot more helpful towards achieving health and
wellness goals!
