You have to get your mind 100% ready to start. Go in knowing that it will challenge you and that you will have to break old habits but go in knowing that you can do it and you will come out a better you! 2. Trust in the plan. Don't come in as a skeptic. You have to come in knowing if you follow the plan it will work. 3. Stay consistent. It's better to be 80% - 90% all of the time than to be 100% perfect half of the time. 4. Don't get discouraged Too many times people have a little slip and it ends up turning into a big slip. If you fall off the plan, get focused and jump right back on. 5.Have an open mind. Keep an open mind about trying new foods than you may not have previously liked. If you are insistent on not changing your poor habits you will never change your body.
