The third step to transformation is to create a plan to achieve our goals. How am I going to make this happen, in other words? At Hitch Fit, your plan to lose weight and get fit, would consist of following a balanced meal plan, working out with a trainer twice a week, and doing cardio/weights on your own time. You would plan each week, by planning what you need to do each day. Step by step. One day at a time. One week a t a time. One month at a time. As you create your strategic plan of action, be prepared for any obstacles that may present themselves along the way, and thwart your good work. Step four is: Prepare to stay focused, no matter what. In life, things happen--life happens--you get sick, you have car trouble, you have an unexpected work issue you have to resolve. All kinds of things happen. No matter what, as quickly as possible, you get back on track. It's as simple as that. No matter what. Step five is simple, but it's not always easy. Step five is: Work your plan. Let me say it again! Work your plan. First you plan your work, then you work your plan. You are doing something pretty amazing for yourself, so don't give up, don't give in! Surround yourself with like-minded people, read and watch inspirational and motivational material, and treat yourself to massages, pedicures, new workout clothes! Stay inspired!
