By Alex Nixon As a Hitch Fit Transformation Coach I work with people from all walks of life. We all lead crazy lives these days that are filled with demands that could possibly distract us from our goals. I have even been there myself du ring my own Transformation. Therefore, I decided to ask my Transformation clients for help compiling a list of tips to help you stay on track to being 100% successful on your Transformation journey! 1. Meal Preparation- Always plan ahead 2. Stay focused & positive - don't let others judge you for taking charge of your health! 3. Stand proud - remember the reasons you started this journey (kids, health, reduce medications etc. 4. Be aware that it's not an easy process! But the results are extremely rewarding. 5. Keep a progress journal to stay on track - daily, weekly or monthly (take pictures and place them there, or notes of encouragement) 6. Be realistic with your goals - don't compare yourself to others. You are your own motivator and competitor. 7. Trust the process - be patient. Everyone's body is different which is why your plan is customized to your needs and goals. 8. Trust your transformation coach - we are here to guide, teach, help, recommend, advise and most of all be your confidant. We are here to help you succeed! 9. Have a support system - surround yourself with positivity and encouragement. (Could be family, friends, Hitch Fit social media and/or co-workers) 10.
