Nut butters have become so popular over the last few years. Almond and cashew are just a few that
have become a go-to for some instead of the more traditional peanut. Are you always finding

while keeping it easy to stay on track with the amount! Some are packaged with just one
tablespoon servings and others have the standard two tablespoon serving amount, so be sure and
read the label. Many can be found in local grocery stores or purchased online so you can stock
your pantry and never leave home without one!
