Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs
Starting point: Standing with your shoulders packed together and dumbbells
hanging towards your side with the palms of your hands facing towards your
body. Letting your arms hang to the sides of your body.
Execution: Shrug your shoulders in an upward motion squeezing at the top.
Great results come from allowing a second of contraction at the top. Return your
shoulders to the beginning position and repeating for the amount of desired reps.
