Remember to start small. At the beginning of my program I would food prep for two days
at a time until I began to figure out what foods I enjoyed throughout the day. I began to settle into
a routine with foods that found myself looking forward to eating each day.

Food prep on a full stomach. I would always eat dinner before I started preparing my
meals so I didn’t “snack” during this time.

Invest in a cooler or a large lunch tote. I tried to squeeze all of my food containers into a
cute little lunch tote until I realized that a nice plastic grocery sack did a much better job holding
all of my food. I was lucky enough to have a fridge to store my food in during the day, but a small
cooler could be a good investment if you travel for your job.
