Protein Moon Balls
Ingredients:
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
2 Tbsp super chunky natural peanut butter
1 tsp honey
2 tsp water
1 square chopped dark chocolate
½ Tbsp coconut flour
Directions:
1.
With a spatula, mix the whey protein powder, peanut butter, honey,
chopped dark chocolate and coconut flour together.
2.
Add the water in and mix until you get a doughy texture.
3.
Shape into small balls

Enjoy!

Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
3 egg whites
¼ cup water
Directions:
1.
Mix ingredients in a bowl with a whisk and be sure to get all the lumps smoothed out

Cook at about 300 degrees in an electric skillet
3.
Serve with Walden Farms Maple Syrup; sprinkle with a packet of truvia; spread with a Tbsp of
Almond butter and/or add fresh berries all for variety.
