Every week was something new for Sydney during her session.
They played different sports, completed obstacle courses that Amy
put together, jumped on the mini trampoline, strength training
and cardio.
Whatever it was must have been fun because Sydney was tired
and sweaty at the end of every session (Sydney did not allow me to
stay and watch but other clients keep telling me they are jealous of
the fun they have). Amy was always sweatier than Sydney so I
knew my daughter was holding Amy accountable as well ;) The
best part is hearing stories at the end of their time together,
including adventures of seeing animals such as owls, snakes,
squirrels (some dead and some alive). Amy is even going to visit
Sydney's cheer squad this summer to teach them about being
strong and healthy.
(Sydney only asked that no one else gets to work out with "her"
Amy.....guess she feels a little ownership there)
How did my body change? (OK OK, The stuff everyone wants to skip to and find out)
My body is very different than with previous weight loss. It was no longer just about the scale, but about
getting lean and strong. I am 5’1” and unfortunately I did not get taller during the process, but I went
from a size 12/14 to a size 4, my skin looks amazing, let's just say I will be saving a lot of money because I
am wearing training bras (no worries ladies...it was worth it), improved mood and outlook on life,
improved sleep, stronger relationship.
