Blueberry Protein Bake
Easy Breakfast Idea!
Mix together the following ingredients:
60 g quick oats
1 scoop casein protein powder (any flavor)
92 g egg whites
50 g blueberries
A pinch of truvia
A splash of almond or vanilla extract
A splash of water
Once mixed together, microwave for 2 1/2 minutes and viola breakfast is
served!
