2016 L.D. Bell Blue Raider Band Golf Classic – April 2nd
The L.D. Bell Blue Raider Band Booster Club invites all golfers to come enjoy a day on one of the most
beautiful and challenging golf courses in DFW during the 2016 Blue Raider Band Classic. The band’s
annual golf tournament will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Texas Star Golf Course.
The Blue Raider Band Golf Classic is an annual fundraising event, hosted by the L.D. Bell Band Boosters,
to support the operating expenses of the band program. With an average enrollment of 275 students, the
Blue Raider Band is one of the largest organizations at L.D. Bell High School. Your participation supports
education, youth, music, and fun!
The 4th Annual Blue Raider Band Golf Classic features 18 holes of play at Texas Star in Euless, voted one of
the top ten golf courses in all of Texas, as well as a catered lunch from Abuelo’s and an awards-ceremony
with prizes and silent auction all included in the entry fee. Trophies will be awarded to four teams in two
flights. You’ll also enjoy fun extras like an emcee announcing your team off of Tee #1, a pep band and drum
set send off at two other tee boxes, prizes for “closest to pin”, “longest drive” and a putting contest!

The entry form is available online. You may pay by check (mail in with entry form) or by credit card through
PayPal on the website. Early bird pricing will be available until December 31; $90 for a single entry or $360
for a foursome. After December 31, the cost rises to $99 per single and $396 per foursome.
