Forum
New this year, the Film Forum committee will present a series of thought-provoking documentaries from the Sundance Film Festival as
part of our free movie offerings. The documentaries will cover a range of compelling and intriguing topics. They will be shown on
Thursdays at 5:00pm beginning in November through the end of season, in the auditorium of the Boca Grande Community Center.
MOVIES
No plans on a Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evening? Cool off in our state-of-the-art theater and enjoy
top-rated new releases at no charge! From May 1st to October 31st, movies are shown at 5:00pm. From
November 1st to April 30th, movies are shown at 5:00pm and 7:00pm. During season, movies may
occasionally get bumped so that evening programs can be offered, so watch the monthly schedules closely.
Schedules are available at the community center and the post office. Movies are selected based on average
critic ratings by an anonymous committee, but we do take recommendations.
