Registration for council activities, such as
programs, trainings, camp, and council events,
got a whole lot better this year! Here’s how it’s
been improved:
1 Single log-in with MyGS: Complete activities
and membership registration, access the
Volunteer Toolkit, troop and family information
and more using the same login information.
2 More robust event information: When
browsing the Activities list on our website,
prices and details on whether an activity is full
or cancelled are easily visible without having to
log in to your MyGS account. When you log in to
your MyGS account you can add an activity to
your cart to save for future registration.
3 Final payment is complete once you hit
the payment button: You can cancel your
registration at any time prior to the payment
stage – you no longer need to call GSWPA.
(After the payment stage, you’ll still need to
contact GSWPA for support with cancellations.
We're happy to help!)
4 Detailed, itemized receipts: Print or email
receipts to parents or troop leaders at
checkout, making financial records a breeze!
Emergency contact and buddy information,
where applicable, will also be included
in the itemized receipt.
5 Partial payments can be made online:
For activities offering deferred payment
options, you can now make payments
online through MyGS.
6 View all activities you’re registered for:
Go to the My Activities tab in MyGS to
see all of the activities you are currently
registered for, including any activities
needing completed payment.
7 Activities can be added to your Volunteer
Toolkit: Troop leaders using the Volunteer
Toolkit can add activities and all their details
can be populated to their Year Plan, making
planning for upcoming activities even easier!

Every Girl Scout
experience is
unique because girls
get to choose their
own adventures. That’s
why we offer lots of options.
Here’s what we have to offer
and where you can find it.
Sign Up for GSWPA Activities
Earn your Horseback Riding badge. Find your inner
Thomas Edison at the Invention Convention. Or, jumpstart
your Journey for the year while enjoying a great day at camp.
We’re constantly updating our Activities calendar with a
range of opportunities. Some programs will be run by your
local GSWPA staff and some will be led by our local Program
Partners who are the experts in their fields. No matter what,
you’re sure to have a great time!
Just visit gswpa.org/activities to start your adventure. See
a program that you like but the date or time doesn’t work?
Let us know at [email protected]. If there’s enough
demand, we may be able to add an additional session.
Schedule Your Own Adventure
Connect with an approved Program Partner in your area
to set up an activity at a time that works for your troop.
Brownies can work on their Bugs badge at the zoo. Cadettes
can take a dance class with the local ballet. Seniors and
Ambassadors can plan a trip to Savannah using a trusted
local tour group. Program Partners meet GSWPA’s standards
for safe, quality Girl Scout programs. We’re always building
new partnerships across our council, so be sure to regularly
check out the Activities section of our website.
Plan a Big Event
Need help or advice on planning an activity for a large
group of Girl Scouts or even your whole Service Unit?

you with our girl program experts to make it a success.
