Herbal Pregnancy Teas

Herbs can be used to soothe the agonizing nausea so common in the first trimester. Many herbs
are also powerhouses of vitamins and minerals, that can help strengthen uterine muscles, relieve
fluid retention, and relax those nerves. Just one cup of a nourishing pregnancy tea has the same
vitamin and mineral content as eating a bowl of dark leafy salad!

Pour boiling wa
