One of the many items on our bucket list here at GEM Magazine is to one day literally eat our way through Latin America . From the northernmost tip of Mexico straight through to the southernmost tip of Argentina , we shiver with excitement at the feast of flavors we would encounter on our journey . For now , we connected with some of busiest and serious foodies in Guatemala , Panama and Puerto Rico to give us a culinary glimpse of what would await our tastebuds in their respective countries .
