Grilled Nut Butter & Pomegranate Sandwich

Sprouted or gluten-free bread
»»
Almond or Peanut Butter
»»
Pomegranate Seeds

Coconut Oil
Spread a little coconut oil on one side of each slice of bread . Place bread oil side down and spread a tablespoon + a little more of your favorite nut butter and top with pomegranate seeds . Place another slice of bread , oil side up on top . Grill on medium heat until lightly browned , flip , and grill the other side . Cut into four pieces and serve immediately .
