WHY | Attending the Olympic
Games is life-changing especially as
a solo traveller. You feel a sense of
belonging, not only with your fellow countrywomen and men but
also with people from around the
globe, no matter which country’s
colours you wear. It’s also an excellent way to travel more. When I
went to the London 2012 games, I
also popped over to visit Paris and
Normandy in France. For Sochi
2014 in Russia, I also visited Moscow and Prague.
