The açai berry is a little blue berry that originates from the
Amazonian rainforest in Brazil. This brilliant berry regenerates the
body and helps feed your brain energy. In Brazil they serve this
everywhere and my flatmate and I have found it’s perfect after
yoga as a incredibly healthy breakfast.
In these recipes I’ve also added several other superfoods such
as chia seeds and honey.
Chia seeds help boost your brain function and help the body
move toxins out of the body. Honey is gift from nature. It aids
digestion and at the right amount, is pure energy.
Whip this Açai Berry Bowl in the blender, top it with your
favorite colors of fruit and a few more superfoods like goji
berries, dried coconut and bee pollen and see how you buzz
