Did you know that Archery requires a significant amount of
strength, endurance and focus to perform well. This class
combines safety and proper technique to create an exciting and
educational experience. Please note: all equipment is provided. Adults and
youth welcome. No crossbows. Level 2 requires instructor approval. Instructors:

Sport, Speed and Agility Training
1st & 2nd Grade Basketball League
Perform at the top of your game! In this course
we will cover acceleration, deceleration, core
training, and endurance training.
Boys and girls learn in a fun and positive
atmosphere where everyone plays. This
instructional league will allow children to play
while working on fundamentals and games
situations. Please note: one hour games and practices will
be played on days you signed up for. A schedule will be handed
out once teams are made. Each child receives a team jersey

Youth Wrestling

The Program is available to all levels of
experience. Beginner participants will be
introduced to the sport of wrestling, rules,
positions involved, and basic techniques for
success. Intermediate and advanced members
will have the opportunity to develop their
current abilities as well as learn new exciting
skills and techniques to add to their repertoire
and succeed at the highest levels. This class
will involve wrestling technique, strength/
conditioning, competition, and fun/games
that will engage the participants in the many
components of the sport of wrestling. Directions:
please go through Mack Olsen Gym entrance on Logan Street
- turn left and go up the first stair case on left.

Basketball League
Grades 9th-12th
There are no coaches in this league. Participants
will form their own teams and turn in a roster
2 weeks prior to the start of the league. All
members of the team will need to individually
register prior to playing. A team roster can be
turned in at time of registration. Each team will
need to elect a team captain.
Please note: dates and game times could be slightly altered
based on gym availability, number of teams, or potential weather
cancellations. Teams will be limited to max of 10 players. An
end-of-season tournament will be played. Questions please
