PiYo®Strength combines the muscle-sculpting,
core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength
and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.
You’ll use your body weight to perform a series
of continuous, targeted moves to define every
single muscle. We crank up the music, the speed

Tabata Boot Camp
PulsePointe barre is a creative and challenging
barre experience that alternates between
intervals of muscle sculpting strength work
and high energy cardio segments to define and
challenge the body. This class blends together
kickin’ cardio with elements of ballet and Pilates

Join us for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
involving cycles of 20 seconds of all-out effort
followed by 10 seconds of rest to continue
to burn calories long after your workout is
complete. Circuits will involve total body
functional movements that target every muscle

Learn proper skills and form to improve your
athletic performance & strength with circuits,
interval training and core work/Pilates. Cardio
bursts will be separated by periods of muscular
strength and endurance training. We will use a
variety of equipment and end the class teaching
proper stretching of all muscle groups. Instructor:
Cardio-Barre is a unique class that will focus
on creating long, lean muscles by integrating
aspects of ballet, functional strength training,
yoga and Pilates along with cardio bursts. Build
core strength, balance and flexibility while
burning up the calories! We will use a variety

This Tabata-style class is a total-body program
that incorporates strength training, cardio, &
core work. Tabata challenges your entire body
with high intensity, short duration exercises (20
second high intensity intervals, followed by 10
seconds of rest that are repeated eight times).
These bursts of intense work will scorch fat
