Fitness Classes
TRX Body Blast®
TRX® provides functional training for ALL fitness levels. Participants will use the suspension bands and their own body weight to perform various
exercises, controlling intensity by adjusting their body’s position and angle. This workout alternates 2 rounds of strength work on the straps before
moving to a timed “cardio challenge”--repeating that format throughout the class as you work the entire body.

Special Note:
To familiarize new
participants with
TRX® Training, and for
all participants safety,
a FREE orientation will be
held 15 minutes prior to
the scheduled start time
on the first day of
each session.

registered participants
to attend.
