9 Classes Muscle Barre is a challenging muscle-building experience that fuses together traditional strength-training exercises to work the large muscle groups--with barre choreography and floor exercises to define the tiny muscles as well . We take weight-training up a notch by using a variety of traditional equipment like dumbbells and the stability ball , and mix in the barre , the Pilates ball , and our own body weight to leave no muscle untouched !
