Get your heart rate pumping in this fun exciting class that is sure to burn tons of calories while improving your cardiovascular endurance . Our instructors provide modifications and challenges for all fitness levels with a variety of rides . Enjoy a bike ride like no other with fantastic music and a workout that includes intervals , climbs , and sprints ( to name a few !) Come ... enjoy the ride !
Indoor Cycle Bootcamp
This class combines challenging cardio intervals on the bike with work off the bike that will strengthen core , sculpt muscles and build athletic endurance . Intervals alternate on and off the bike . Great for participants who love cycling , but not for an entire hour !
Indoor Cycle & Core
Basic cycle class , but we spend 40-45 minutes on the bike followed by strength building core exercises performed on a mat and ending the hour with a stretch / cool down .
