10 Weeks River City Lacrosse Development League is designed for every level of player ! Teams are organized by high school the players will attend . Teams practice two days a week ( TBA ). Games are played on Saturday and / or Sunday . Fee includes : 8 league games , professionally certified refs , entry into the ILA May Classic Tournament and end of season RCL tournament .
