CUISINE COOKING WITH ROBERT DI OLIVAS SUPER EASY HOMEMADE PIZZA 3 c. All-Purpose Flour 1 envelope Dry Yeast 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Honey 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Di Olivas Pizza Sauce Mix yeast, honey and one tablespoon EVOO with one cup lukewarm water and let sit until foamy (five minutes). Add flour one cup at a time and work the dough until it becomes slightly tacky. Shape into a ball and knead for approximately three minutes. Place dough in bowl and the remaining tablespoon of EVOO, cover the bowl and set it in a warm spot for about an hour. When dough has doubled in size, roll it in desired shape and size on a parchment paper covered baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread one-half jar of Di Olivas Pizza Sauce evenly on dough. Sprinkle with desired amount of mozzarella cheese and or other toppings of your choice. Bake at 435 degrees Fahrenheit until cheese is melted and bubbly (10 to 15 minutes).
