SUPER EASY
HOMEMADE PIZZA
3 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 envelope Dry Yeast
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Honey
2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Di Olivas Pizza Sauce
Mix yeast, honey and one tablespoon
EVOO with one cup lukewarm water
and let sit until foamy (five minutes).
Add flour one cup at a time and work
the dough until it becomes slightly
tacky. Shape into a ball and knead for
approximately three minutes. Place
dough in bowl and the remaining
tablespoon of EVOO, cover the bowl
and set it in a warm spot for about
an hour. When dough has doubled in
size, roll it in desired shape and size
on a parchment paper covered baking
sheet or pizza stone. Spread one-half
jar of Di Olivas Pizza Sauce evenly on
dough. Sprinkle with desired amount of
mozzarella cheese and or other toppings
of your choice. Bake at 435 degrees
Fahrenheit until cheese is melted and
bubbly (10 to 15 minutes).
Enjoy!
