For most, when the alarm goes off before
sunrise, it is quickly silenced as its owner
grumbles and turns over for a few more
precious moments of shut-eye. But for thirtynine-year-old Telana Mushlin, it’s go-time.
“I get up at 4 a.m. to work out at 5, because I
have to be at work at 7:30,” said Telana, who
is trained five days a week by her husband,
Jamie, a personal trainer who owns Red
Fitness Lounge in Clayton - and makes sure
that his number one client remains in shape.
They train for an hour, rotating cardio, free
weights, and body workouts into her regimen.
