NICK FINNSON
The Finnson family came from Riverton , Man ., and forged a name for itself on the rinks of Portage and Winnipeg . Dad , Larry Finnson , played with the Terriers in the 1980s and went on to create internationally-loved candy treats . His sons Kristjon with the MJHL ’ s Winnipeg Blues and Nick with the AAA Interlake Lightning , are keeping the Finnson name alive . For this tight-knit group , hockey is definitely a family affair .
