from near and far about the standard and quality of the programmes.

– WHAT WERE THEY AND
HOW DID YOU FIND THESE
ROLES?
I was secretary of the county
board referee’s committee in 2008
and 2009, I was involved in the
Board’s communications committee for a few years before becoming the PRO. I have also being involved in the Ruislip
Grounds Development committee. All roles have been
interesting and at times very demanding. I have recently
being appointed as secretary of the 1916 Commemoration
planning committee.
17. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A REFEREE IN
LONDON?
I have been a referee in London since 2006.
18. WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT REFEREEING?
For me it’s all about ensuring clubs are able to play games.
We have had a shortage of referee’s in London for many
years.
