The State Board of Pardons and Paroles' Human Resources Unit provides support to agency staff in key areas to include payroll and benefits. The agency's workforce on June 30, 2015, was 654 employees, down from the previous fiscal year total of 666. The number of sworn staff was 424. The parole officer turnover rate for FY15 was 8.5%. A focal point for the Board's Human Resources Unit in FY15 was recruiting and retaining top talent. Staff with the unit participated in several job and recruitment fairs in FY15.
