Day at Guildford Grammar School Guildford Grammar School has been promoting RUOK? Day and its valuable messages for four years now. The message that it is OK to not be OK sometimes. The message that if you are not OK you can talk to someone and they will support you or help find someone else who can support you. The message about how to support someone if they are going through a tough time, and most importantly the message that this is not just for one day – that we support each other in this way every day.
