The Foodmate US headquarters in Ball Ground, GA added a 4,000 square foot climate controlled demo room to their facilities, the Foodmate
Inspirience Center. This is a designated space for hands on equipment
training and sales demontrations, in addition, the center is equiped to accommodate pre-sales test run on customers’ specific products. This new
service greatly improves understanding of the equipment, therefore making the plant transition to the new Foodmate machines much smoother.
“When we install new equipment in a customer’s plant, we sometimes
see their production and technical teams are overwhelmed with new automation. In addition, they have a short time to learn how to operate the
equipment. By training them in advance, it reduces downtime, and allows
the customer to have optimal yield with the highest quality from the start.”
