for the bespoke bride. She hails from Portland,
Oregon and ceases to amaze with her fairytale
wedding wear. Who is she? She is Emily Rose Riggs
of Emily Riggs Bridal.
A few months back we had the pleasure of
playing dress-up with Ms. Riggs alongside Tinge
Floral and photographer Michael Radford all while
frolicing through a wildly beautiful rose garden.
