December 3-4 Rails to Trails Festival This festival at Armstrong Park features historical booths containing Gullah Geechee artifacts and displays, Gullah home cooking, a bike tour along the Rails to Trails bike and walking trail and historical signs pointing out the rich culture of the area. Demonstrating vendors will offer handmade arts and crafts for every budget; men and women’s traditional Pow Wow dancing; Traditional Southeastern Social Stomp Dance exhibition at dusk; storytelling by native historical and contemporary interpreters sharing culture from both east and west of the Mississippi. The Garden Club invites you to take a walking tour of six private homes dating from the 1800s in historic downtown St. Augustine.
