MONKEY TOOTS AND BEER
Twindles Candle Company was first launched in 2002. While setting up at a local fresh market
with her art, owner Lori Cullen felt there was a need to offer an additional, affordable craft item.
Her lifelong love of candles spurred a journey that included two years of perfecting her soy tin
candles alongside her dad. Together, Lori and her dad would set up at farmers markets to sell her
candles and a variety of artwork weekly. A return to grad school and giving life to twin boys put
her candle making on the back burner. Once the twins landed in preschool, she decided it was
time to give new life to “twindles” (name inspired by her twins).
The Twindles Candle Company offers a variety of products that feature all natural, hand-poured,
small batch soy wax which is highly scented with phthalate free fragrances, and natural cotton
wicks. While they are presented in the expected glass tumblers, metal travel tins, and as tarts/
