Last year New Horizons saw and treated over 14000 patients. The goal for this year is to treat over 15000 patients. American medical personnel work with Canadian medical personnel when treating and seeing patients. The cooperation between Canada, the United States and Belize helps make this operation a success. Specialties that will be represented in Belize will be: gynecology and obstetrics, dermatology, dentistry, general health, internal medicine, and pediatrics.
