doing God’s purpose and we
wonder why them and not us.
What makes them different than
us to know
what
God
wants them
to do and
how did they
know it was
God’s vision
for
them
and not their
own? These
are
hard
questions to
ask. Some
of us ask
this
question
quite
often as we
ponder our
lives in retrospect, in the
present, and
for the future.
Some
live
life without
purpose, cracking the same
nut over and over again, day
after day, week after week,
year after year, and they look
up one day only to realize that
time has slipped through their
fingers like sand. Seeking
guidance is earnestly sought
and activities and works are
conducted not knowing if
they are God inspired or not.
The only thoughts are to do
something, something for God
because there is a thought in the
back of our mind that something
must be done for Him and if we
do something we think He might
accept what we are doing, and
with great effort, we hope it will
be enough to please Him, even
if it isn’t His purpose for us.

not from man or personal ideas
of what should be done. If not
