when one or both in the relationship refuses to practice this truth and clings to their parents and not the spouse . The spouse can feel left out or betrayed . So , the truth here is to cling in your married relationship and for parents to let go of the child .
Perhaps you are the in law and the choice your child made is just making you crazy . May I say , stop right there . Remember , this is their marriage and you must let go . You must let them cling to each other . Of course , there are toxic and abusive relationships . That is a totally different story , and they are dealt with quite differently . However , when you simply do not like their choice , you must back off .
If you don ’ t , you run the risk of losing your child all together . Pray over the situation and pray for your child ’ s spouse . Ask God to help you see them through His eyes . Your perspective will
