Preview RYE & LYE Immagine 98 has added several styles to its Rye & Lye collection, which features frames crafted with materials that are unusual for the eyewear industry. Carracci and Perugino are two new models made with a steel structure and stone applications that feel rough to the touch. The stone comes in three different colours, ranging from black to sand grey. Wood is the material of choice for Palladio and Bramante frames, which both have a structure in milled plastic with wood applied to the entire front and along most of the temple length. Murano and Giudecca frames each have an insert in precious Murano glass on the temple – a tiny gem that makes each frame totally unique. Murano frames have an acetate front, while Giudecca frames have a metal front. More information is available at www.rye-lye.com. 4 EYE FOCUS | December Digital 2015
