Pick Your Protein Recipes Try these yummy, protein-packed recipes using Garden of Life’s top-selling protein supplements! Unbaked Marley Cookies Recipes courtesy of Gwen Marzano, Garden of Life Educator and RAW Vegan Chef (Use all organic ingredients when possible.) MAKES: 20 COOKIE BALLS INGREDIENTS: 1 scoop Garden of Life® RAW Fit Marley Coffee 1 ½ cup macadamia nuts Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 1 Tablespoon honey (or maple syrup) ½ Tablespoon water ½ cup shredded organic coconut flakes Dash of sea salt (plus an additional ¼ cup for coating) 6 medjool dates (pitted) ½ Tablespoon Garden of Life® PREPARATION: Place macadamia nuts into the food processor using the “s” blade and process until you obtain a flour-like texture. Add dates, salt, coconut, RAW Fit, coconut oil and honey and process again until mixture begins to bind. Add water and pulse a few times until mixture sticks together. Roll Tablespoon size cookie balls and coat in shredded coconut flakes. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks or in freezer for up to one month.
