INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS at the Eversight Center for Eye and Vision Research are changing the future of sight restoration right here in Cleveland, thanks to our partners at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Clinic, and University Hospitals. 59% 5 OF OHIO ADULTS are now registered eye, organ and tissue donors. That’s 6.8 million Ohioans who are willing to give the gifts of sight and life! 9 CEREMONIES were conducted in collaboration with hospitals and community partners to honor donors and their families. 574 TISSUES WERE DONATED to advance promising eye and vision research. 4 NORTHEAST OHIO RESIDENTS received a sight-restoring transplant with aid from our Gift of Sight program.
