The Get Online Week was for the first time brought to Dortmund, a 600,000 inhabitants city in Germany, by a group of 11 students and their lecturer Dr. Bastian Pelka from Technical University of Dortmund. They designed seven courses, each addressing a different target group of digitally excluded people (seniors, pupils, parents and people with disabilities). In total 16 courses were delivered during the campaign week. The campaign focus was on people with disabilities. The presentations are available online. Moreover, ComNet implemented a training session called “Telecottage Katedra – Smartphones from the choice to the administration”.
