3. Confirmation
Once your application has been accepted and booking deposit paid you will receive a letter of
confirmation for your let. If you require any alterations to your let after it has been confirmed, please
contact 0141 577 3709.
7.0 HIRE CHARGES
Fees and charges for the Theatre are reviewed and approved annually by the Culture and Leisure Trust. A
copy of the Schedule of Fees and Charges for this budget year appears at the end of this pack.
Commercial hirers will be charged at the commercial let rate as specified in the listed fees and charges.
The non-profit rate relates only to charitable and voluntary organisations, and we reserve the right to ask for
proof of such status if appropriate.
“Weekend” rates apply Friday through to Sunday.
A 10% non refundable booking fee is required to confirm your booking. This should be paid no later than 28
days after receipt of “Theatre Let Application”.

YOUR PRODUCTION MEETING
A mandatory production meeting between a member of the Theatre’s staff and your representatives must
take place at least 28 days before the commencement of let. This allows us to get a better understanding of
your requirements to ensure that your let goes as smoothly as possible.
