This young lady stepped on the MISS MICHIGAN TEEN USA® Stage for the first time and hit the runway as MISS MICHIGAN TEEN USA 2012 and found the runway to her future. She was a bit nervous about being claimed as a pageant girl but took the chance and become second runner up to the 2012 MISS TEEN USA title. After MISS TEEN USA® she landed straight in NYC to study fashion and what better way to study fashion then to represent it in New York Fashion week straight off the runway. Yes she was MISS MICHIGAN TEEN USA, yes she was top 5 at MISS TEEN USA® and YES she was awarded a great contract in New York. Yes she is leggy, naturally thin and BEAUTIFUL! But her beauty was never the first thing you noticed when she walked in a room. The first think you noticed was the confidence in her eyes - that she was proud to call Michigan home and that home and family always come first! You also noticed her graciousness in her smile as she would kindly say to anyway "Thank you, thank you so much." Honestly Courtney, thank you is to YOU and your ability to show young women that you can stay true to yourself and do it with elegance & class all while gliding down a runway!
