’ m excited about what I am bringing to you in this issue of ENSPIRE Magazine . This year has continually tested us , forcing us to change our goals and making planning nearly difficult . Yet , despite this new norm , I ’ ve discovered that I must continue to be comfortable with myself in this moment of isolation .
During my self-discovery , I had to break down how to better focus on my mental health , emotional health , physical health , and social health . At this moment , I turned to people , products , and services to help me overcome the mental , physical , emotional , and social issues I was experiencing . And with that , I found there was a need to create an issue that helps others do the same . Finally , I had to figure out how to correlate my personal experience to the features I would use in the Be-Well issue .
eating , exercising , medical and dental well-being , mental timeouts , and moments of enjoyment . And in self-care , it ’ s also essential to take time out for yourself . This Be-Well issue will explore options , share stories and steps to help you achieve your goals of a better overall lifestyle .
I hope you all enjoy this issue and make the moves you feel are necessary for your betterment , and in this Be-Well issue , we encourage you to be well mentally , spiritually , and physically . Be well in whatever means that you can continue to be the best version of yourself and continue your journey on this earth of being whatever you ENSPIRE to be .

We have people in the beauty industry , health industry , and wellness industry who have testimonies , businesses and services , and products that have helped people better understand themselves . 2021 for me has been the year for focusing on self-care and preservation and doing the best you can do to stay healthy .
