Which area on the wheel is in most need of improvement?

What is the current perceived and actual state of this area in the project?

What is missing or not working for the project?

How would it look if it was more effective?

What impact would that have on the project and organisation?

What is the level of willingness to improve it?

What resources are needed? ie: which people are required, how much time and effort can be dedicated, are there additional internal or external factors that will constrain or support it, eg: training, other projects, immovable deadlines.

Use the following questions in order to expand on the charted results and identify the desired level of confidence.

Once complete review against the Organisations and projects required level of confidence. From there the Sponsor, Business Owner and Project / Change Manager can agree and put in place an action plan that will, over time, support and help everyone achieve the improvements necessary.
